New meal plan with 🍫🍫 twice! 🤳🏼🙌🏼 💛


I’ve tried to make this meal prep as EASY as possible – so every single day is the same 😉 HOWEVER, if you’re anything like me, it’s quite boring to eat the same thing every day! 🙃 Switch out different protein sources 🍗, vegetables🍆🥦🥒🍅, and fats 🥑🧀🥓 as you like – this is why it’s SO HELPFUL to keep whole, real ingredient frozen & canned foods around 🥫🙌🏼 In the blog post 👆🏼 I’ve linked examples of what these different protein, fat, and veggie options are! 🤩


Also – if you need more snacks, or fewer snacks etc. – of course adjust to your needs! 👯‍♀️💛
